Mt. St. Mary Academy

Welcome to Mt. St. Mary Academy

Mt. St. Mary Academy is a ministry of St Patrick Parish. Both parish and school collaborate as one united in the educational mission of the Catholic Church.

if all who are responsible for the Catholic school would never lose sight of their mission and the apostolic value of their teaching, the school would enjoy better conditions in which to function in the present and would faithfully hand its mission to future generations.”
(The Catholic School, USCB)

This excerpt describes the mission of the Catholic school: the development of the whole person; the apostolic value of its teaching and life centered on Jesus. This mission challenges teachers, administrators and parents to keep the focus of the school on the mission and to insure the school’s stability and catholicity.
