Hi! My name is Megan Hood, and I am so excited to be joining the MSM community!
I was born and raised in Grass Valley. After high school I moved to the Bay area where I attend Saint Mary’s College of CA in Moraga and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and then went on to get my teaching credential and was fortunate enough to teach second grade in the Yuba City Unified School District until having my first child.
My husband and I live in Nevada City with our two children, Jordan who is 13, and Nola who is 10.
I’m thrilled to be returning to the classroom, and am energized about teaching kindergarten, one of my favorite ages, as well as being able to incorporate faith into the curriculum.
